H.B. Architectural Styles

The International style refers to buildings during the modernism decades. This style normally consists of windows running in broken horizontal rows, a square like footprint, and facade angles of 90 degree. Architects such as Walter Gropius, Philip Johnson, and Oscar Niemeyer have used such style thats made them popular. The Glass Palace(1935) is a great example of this kind of style. As time progressed so did the style. An example good example of this is the U.N. Headquarters in New York that was built in 1950. The international style has been used to demonstrate real modern like and sophisticated structures all over the world.
